Matthew E. Rubel
Lead Director
Matthew E. Rubel has served as a director since June of 2017. Additionally, Rubel serves as Executive Chair of KidKraft, Inc. and Chair of Holley, Inc. and Mid Ocean Partners Private Equity Consumer Group. Previously, he served as director for Hudson’s Bay Co., HSNi, the holding company of HSN, Cornerstone Brands and Treehouse Foods, Inc., as well as in advisory, director, and executive roles for Varsity Brands, Roark Capital Group, TPG Capital, L.P., TPG Growth, Collective Brands, Inc., Cole Haan, J. Crew Group, Popular Club Plan and numerous other multi-national retail companies and consumer brands.
In 2010, Rubel became a Presidential Appointee to the House Advisory Council on Trade Policy Negotiation.
Rubel earned a BS from Ohio University and an MBA from University of Miami.
Ronald V. DaVella
Ronald V. DaVella has served as a director since the initial public offering in 2014. DaVella also serves as financial advisor or director for Manufacturing Succession Holding, Universal Health, Multiomics, Universal Health Group, Delta Dental of Arizona, NorthStar Security and as Vice Chair of the Strategic Advisory Board of Aura Ventures. Previously, he served as an executive or director of Deloitte & Touche, Mobile Holdings Properties, Alkaline Water Co., NanoFlex Power Corp., and Amazing Lash Studio where he was also a franchisee.
DaVella earned a BS in accounting from Queens College and an MBA in finance from Pace University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Arizona.
Suzanne M. Decker
Suzanne Decker has served as a director since June 2017. Decker is the Executive Project Sponsor and was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI). In 2016, ADMI acquired WellNow Urgent Care, where she supported the HR function. Decker also serves as an HR & Talent Acquisition Advisor for Bond Veterinary. She formerly served as a director of Refresh Mental Health and a Director of Human Resources for the Davis Vision Companies, a vertically-integrated vision services provider.
Decker earned a BS in childhood education from Russell Sage College.
Jeff Gramm
Jeff Gramm joined the board of directors in January 2024. Gramm is a portfolio manager of Bandera Partners, a value-oriented investment partnership that he co-founded in 2006. He has served on several public company boards of directors, including Tandy Leather Factory, Rubicon Technology, Innovative Food Holdings, Ambassadors Group, Morgan’s Foods, and Peerless Systems.
Gramm earned his MBA at Columbia Business School and his BA at University of Chicago.
Abe Hong
Abe Hong has served as a director since June 2018. Hong is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Learning Care Group. Previously, he held executive and technology roles at Discount Tire Company, Red Rock Resorts, Inc., Starbucks Corporation and Technologent.
Hong earned a BE in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Glenn J. Krevlin
Glenn Krevlin is the founder, managing partner, principal and portfolio manager of Glenhill Capital Advisors LLC. He serves as director for Design Within Reach, Inc., Ember Technologies, Capital Q Restaurants and several start-ups. He has held executive and director roles at Cumberland Associates, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS), Centric Brands Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRC), and Restoration Hardware, Inc
Krevlin earned a BA in economics and government from Wesleyan University and an MBA from New York University.
Sanjiv Razdan
Razdan has extensive experience growing and leading successful multi-unit companies and franchise businesses. Most recently, he was President of Americas and India for The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, a global specialty coffee and tea house company operating in 30 countries across 1,200 cafes. Formerly, Razdan held senior operations leadership roles with respected brands and franchisors Yum! Brands (Pizza Hut and KFC), Dine Brands (Applebee’s) and Sweetgreen.
In each of his prior posts, Razdan demonstrated his ability to combine strategic acumen, branding expertise and a keen ability to effectively understand and support the needs of franchisees, with his passion for energizing teams and building strong cultures. As President at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Razdan restructured the company for growth, leading all cafe operations, CPG and e-commerce. He delivered the company’s strongest EBITDA results in over a decade by developing strong franchise relationships, repairing unit level margins and transforming the company’s culture. As COO at Sweetgreen, Razdan helped lead rapid growth, while fine-tuning at the unit level to ensure efficiency and profitability. His primary responsibilities centered on store operations and innovation, automation, and food safety, with oversight of IT, People and Facilities. At Applebee’s, as SVP and COO, he led the turnaround of the portfolio which was 1800+ restaurants across 35 franchisees in 50 states. And, with YUM! Brands, he held several business and functional leader roles across three continents.
Razdan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Computer Science from St. Xavier’s College in Mumbai, India. He also completed a post-graduate program in Hotel Administration with ITC Hotels and holds a certificate from Cornell University in QSR Management.
