Note 15: Subsequent EventsIn
July and August 2019, the Company acquired five franchised clinics for a total consideration of approximately $2.8 million. One of the purchased clinics is located in Arizona and the other four clinics are located in Georgia and South Carolina. The Company plans to file separate financial statements and pro forma financial information, as required by SEC rules, in a Current Report on Form 8 -K within the prescribed 75 -day period following consummation of the transactions. |
