The Company entered into a legal arrangement with a certain common stockholder related to legal services performed for the operations and transaction related activities of the Company. Amounts paid to or for the benefit of this stockholder was approximately
$260,000 and $205,000 for the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017, respectively, and are recorded in general and administrative expenses on the consolidated statements of operations. |
